Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms & Conditions. 

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing products from us. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders placed on in-stock items will generally ship within 1-2 business days if received by 12 noon EST.

Please note that if you have a change in billing or shipping address, there may be a slight delay in processing your order, which may impact shipping time. We reserve the right to refuse shipments to addresses that cannot be verified.

SHIPPING

Shipping is included for qualifying orders of $250 USD or more. For orders less than $250 USD, shipping is charged at a flat rate of $20 USD. 

Shipping of your order will be performed by a commercial carrier chosen by us at the time of fulfilling your order. Most B Partes INC DBA Auspen standard shipments arrive in 3 – 7 business days. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship only within the United States except Hawaii, California and Alaska.

VISIBLE DAMAGE ON DELIVERY 

Customers must not refuse a shipment even if it is determined that the shipment was damaged in delivery or by the carrier. Customers MUST contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment for evaluation and instructions.

RECEIPT OF DAMAGED / WRONG ITEMS

Customers upon inspection may return a damaged or wrong item by contacting Customer Service within 7 days of the receipt of the item. Customers must return the item in its original packaging and the item must not have been tampered with in any way. The shipping cost will be covered by us.

For this, you will need to fill out this Form (click here) attaching the photos of the item(s). If approved, customers will receive a Return Authorization by us. If, after analysis by the B Partes INC DBA Auspen team, it is determined that the item was altered after receipt by the customer, the customer will not receive a refund or replacement. If after inspection by the B Partes INC DBA Auspen team, it is determined that the customer received a damaged item, the customer will be offered a replacement (if available) or a full refund for the merchandise returned.

If Customer receives an item other than what was ordered, they may request a replacement item or cancel the original order, without penalty, at that time.
