Return and Warranty Policy

At www.shop.auspentruckparts.com we want you to feel 100% satisfied with the purchases you make in our online store, which is why we give you the possibility of making exchanges and returns, under certain conditions, if the product is not completely to your liking, or does not correspond to your initial need.

Please note that, there are NO exchanges or refunds on discounted products or on purchases financed on a zero-interest, monthly payment plan.

GENERAL CONDITIONS (Return)

- Applies only to products purchased at www.shop.auspentruckparts.com

- We will accept your exchange or return of products by shipping the product in its original packaging within a period not exceeding 10 calendar days from the date of purchase, after that time we will NOT be able to accept any exchange or return.

- The shipment of the product will be at the customer's risk and expense.

- The exchange or refund can be made through the following options:

  • Physical exchange for another product: will have to mention which product you want to make the exchange for. If the product requested as an exchange and/or return is of a higher price than the product initially purchased, it will be necessary for the client to cover the difference to proceed with the product exchange. In the event that the product is of lesser value, B Partes INC DBA Auspen will generate a gift card of the difference in your favor.
  • Refund via electronic gift card: you can use it on your next order, available to purchase any of our products at www.shop.auspentruckparts.com.
  •  Direct refund back to the payment method used.

- Please note that an exchange or the generation of an electronic gift card can be processed within 5 business days once we have received the product in our facilities. In case of a refund to your account, it may take up to 10 business days.

- The product will NOT be accepted and it will NOT be returned or exchanged if the product is altered, in poor condition, damaged, burned, etc.

- NO returns or exchanges will be accepted on special-order products.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To proceed with the return, you must adhere to the specific guidelines detailed below:

STEP 1: NOTIFY THE PRODUCT RETURN

Prior to the return, you must fill out the following form (click here) and complete all the fields that are requested, it will be essential to attach the photos of all the angles of the product.

Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST. Within 48 hours of completing the return form, you will receive a notification to your email with the approval for your shipment and, if your change is authorized for return, we will provide you with an RMA # and the address where you must ship the product.

STEP 2: RETURN THE PRODUCT

Please return the product in its original packaging. Make sure to affix the RMA # label that we will send you to ensure that the return is credited to your account.

If you prefer, we put at your disposal our logistics service which will have an additional charge that can be deducted from the total return or credit. We will provide you with a tracking number with which you can ship the product, for this you must share your address with us.

STEP 3: CREDIT OR EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCT

The credit will be processed once our team has carried out the physical and detailed inspection of the product, verifying that it is in optimal conditions. If authorized, the generation of the electronic gift card or the refund to the account of the payment method used will proceed. You will receive a notification to your email with the confirmation of the transaction made by us. In the event that the refund has been by electronic transfer, we will attach the receipt; keep it for any clarification with your bank.

If you wish to exchange for another product, we will send it to you as soon as we receive the shipment of the unwanted product and verify its condition.


WARRANTY POLICY

At B Partes INC DBA Auspen, products and parts are covered by the manufacturer’s original warranty.

If you detect that your online purchase on our platform has a manufacturing defect, you must start the warranty claim process.

GENERAL CONDITIONS (Warranty)

The return process for a warranty claim is the same as detailed in the Return Policy, above. Additionally:

- Warranty coverage may vary depending on the brand and component in question.

- It will be requested that the product be shipped in an adequate package.

- The cost of shipping the product in the warranty claim process will be borne by B Partes INC DBA Auspen.

- The piece must not be broken, present damage, blows, welding, any interior or exterior alteration due to installation, be disassembled or be glued to another piece. It must be clean and drained of oil.

- The acceptance and credit or exchange of the part will be subject to inspection and authorization by the manufacturing plant or the product manufacturer.

- The B Partes INC DBA Auspen customer service department will direct the warranty claim to the proper warranty team, which is responsible for analyzing the information and reporting the final diagnosis.

ADDITIONAL PROCEDURE FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS

To proceed with the warranty claim, you must adhere to the specific guidelines and procedure detailed below:

Within 48 hours of completing the return form, you will receive a notification to your email with the approval for your shipment and, if your change is authorized for a warranty claim, we will provide you with an RMA # and the address where you must ship the product.

STEP 2: SHIPMENT OF THE PRODUCT

Please return the product in adequate packaging, and affix to the box the RMA # label that we will send you, to ensure that the warranty claim is credited to your account.

We will provide you with a tracking number and we will schedule the collection of the part, for this you must share your address on the form.

STEP 3: CREDIT OR EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCT

B Partes INC DBA Auspen will arrange for the manufacturer to inspect the part under its warranty. 

If the manufacturer authorizes the warranty claim, the product will be: 1) exchanged, 2) we will provide a credit via the generation of an electronic gift card, or 3) we will issue a direct refund to your account. You will receive a notification to your email with the confirmation of the warranty claim outcome. In the event that the refund has been by electronic transfer, we will attach the receipt; keep it for any clarification with your bank.  

The average resolution time for the warranty claim process is 45 business days from the date we receive the part. Warranty resolution times vary on the product and type of failure.
