HOW CAN I GET AN ACCOUNT AT SHOP.AUSPENTRUCKPARTS.COM.MX?

To register for an account at shop.auspentruckparts.com.mx, use the “Account” link (located in the header on the right side of the page).

Later it is necessary to fill out a form with your data, we will send you an email to verify your data in which we will ask you to activate your account according to its instructions. To complete the process you will receive an email confirming your account.

HOW CAN I ADD ITEMS TO THE CART?

To add any item to the cart it is necessary to select the piece or part individually (select the quantity), on the screen you will find the button "Add to cart", when you select it, it will be saved automatically and you can continue adding items. At the end, you can find all the products in the cart located at the top right of the screen to continue with the payment.

HOW CAN I REQUEST A QUOTE?

In each product that you require a quote, click on the "Add to quote" button, you can add as many products and quantities as you require. Click on "Quote" in the main menu, enter your data and you will receive a notification to your email with the quote.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I WANT A PIECE MARKED AS SOLD OUT?

You must contact us by sending a WhatsApp message or email making your request, it is necessary that you indicate your name or company name, as well as the name and part number you require, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide support.

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Once the purchase is made and the payment is completed, you will receive an email with the general information and unique key of your order (begins with AUP followed by 4 numbers), and after 24 to 48 hours you will receive an email with the Tracking Number corresponding to the shipment. If after receiving the information of your order you have any questions or require clarification, contact us through our numbers or mail providing the order key to obtain more information.

IN HOW LONG WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can check the location, movements and estimated delivery date of your order through the Tracking Number that will be provided to you by email and with which you can check the tracking status through the link of the parcel page that will be provided in the same email.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

The shipping cost is $20 dollars and on orders over $250 before VAT, shipping is free.
